The laptop computer included in tuition is fully loaded with software and is network-ready. Prior to the beginning of the student's junior year, the laptop will be exchanged for an updated model. This two-year "renewal cycle" ensures that students always have access to the latest available technology. Students will have the option of purchasing the laptop at the end of their sophomore and/or senior years.

Payment and Billing

Bills for the fall semester are mailed in mid-July with payment due the second week of August. Bills for spring semester are sent in mid-December and are due the second week of January. Late payments may result in a late fee assessed by the Bursar.

For a flat fee of $60, families may elect to spread education expenses over the course of ten months (May to February) by contracting with Tuition Management Systems (TMS). For more details, contact Tuition Management Systems at (800) 356-8329.

Use of this prepayment plan does not affect awards of financial aid. Payments made under this plan must be made on a timely basis to TMS.  Please note that budgets must be made carefully; if too little is budgeted through TMS, the remaining balance must be paid to the University on the same due dates specified above for the fall and spring semesters.
