I knew Bryant was the school for me… when I walked onto campus. Driving up the entrance was the best feeling when I first visited Bryant and I knew as soon as I got out of the car that I wanted to be here. It felt right – the atmosphere, the sense of community, the buildings, the technology… Everything seemed to just fit.
What surprised me the most about Bryant was… how close-knit the community is. Events like the Festival of Lights really make you feel like you’re part of something great. And even just walking into the Rotunda during the week and seeing everyone just hanging out really brings home the feeling of community.
I can’t believe I brought with me to Bryant… my teddy bear! My friends made fun of me all the time for it, but it was my comfort.
After graduating from Bryant, I hope to… enter into a Leadership Development Program for Finance. I really want the experience in a rotational program to gain an understanding and appreciation of different areas of Finance within a large company.
My best experience at Bryant so far was… Spring Weekend 2007. O.A.R. came to campus and I had the best time of my life. The whole weekend was full of activities and events to keep you busy, and it was beautiful weather and everyone was just so happy! What a weekend!
What I am most looking forward to during orientation is… meeting the incoming students and getting them excited for such an amazing journey they are about to embark on. This school has so much to offer and is such a magnificent place to be that I really want to instill excitement in the incoming class.
My favorite Bryant tradition is… The Festival of Lights and lighting of the Christmas tree and Menorah. This is a time during the holiday season where everyone is one and Bryant really comes to life as a diverse, welcoming community.
