Recruiting

The Amica Center for Career Education at Bryant has built relationships with hundreds of employers around the world. The strength of these relationships opens doors for internships and recruiting for Bryant students.

The Corporate Recruiting Program

The Corporate Recruiting Program offers both on-campus and off-campus interviews and for full-time professional-level positions. These interviews are conducted during the fall and spring semesters for seniors.

Students in the program can access information and manage their recruiting program online through the Bryant Career Connection.

Each year more than 400 employers participate in the Corporate Recruiting Program, including more than 150 employers who conduct on-campus interviews at Bryant.

Companies who have recruited in the past include:

Aetna
Amica
Bank of America
CIGNA
CVS
Deloitte & Touche
EMC
Ernst & Young
Fidelity
John Hancock
The Hartford
IBM
KPMG
Liberty Mutual
Travelers
Perot Systems
Pfizer
Phillip Morris
Prudential
TXJ Retailers

The program is open to full-time seniors and graduate students during the year they graduate. To participate in the program, it is mandatory that eligible seniors and graduate students attend an orientation to the corporate recruiting program session, held throughout the fall semester.
