PAYMENT AND BILLING
Bills for the fall semester are mailed in mid-July with payment due the second week of August. Bills for spring semester are sent in mid-December and are due the second week of January. Late payments may result in a late fee assessed by the Bursar.
For a flat fee of $65, families may elect to spread education expenses over the course of ten interest-free equal monthly payments (May to February) by contracting with Tuition Management Systems (TMS). For more details, contact Tuition Management Systems at (800) 722-4867.
Use of this prepayment plan does not affect awards of financial aid. Payments made under this plan must be made on a timely basis to TMS. Please note that budgets must be made carefully; if too little is budgeted through TMS, the remaining balance must be paid to the University on the same due dates specified above for the fall and spring semesters.
The first payment of the payment plan for the 2012-2013 academic year is due on May 1, 2012 and the last is due on February 1, 2013. Please note that if you sign up for the payment plan after May 1, any back payments will be due at the time the account with TMS is opened (ex., if you enroll in the plan on July 1, payments for May, June and July will be due at that time).
